What happens after you order

1. Seller ships to the warehouse — your item travels inside China to Pikobuy's warehouse, usually in 2–5 days.
2. Warehouse staff photograph it — the actual item you'll receive: overall shots, tags, stitching, soles, hardware. These are your QC photos, posted to your Pikobuy account.
3. You inspect and decide — zoom in on the details that matter (stitch density, logo shape, material texture). Approve it, or open an exchange/refund with the seller while the item is still in China. This is your protection window — use it.
4. Approved items wait in storage — collect several finds, then ship them together in one consolidated parcel.

How to check quality before ordering

• The QC finder above — paste the listing link and see the photos other people got for that exact item. That is what this page is for; you no longer have to go anywhere else to do it.
• Ask the community — subreddits and Discords archive thousands of reviews; search the seller name from the listing.

Reading a QC photo like someone who has done it before

The instinct is to look at the whole item and decide whether it "looks right". That is the least reliable method available, because a bad item photographs well at a distance. Work through specific features instead, in this order:

1. Shape first, details second. Silhouette is the hardest thing for a factory to fake and the easiest for you to check. A toe box that is too round, a heel that sits too high, a hood that is too shallow — none of that is fixable and all of it is visible immediately.
2. Then the stitching. Count stitches per inch where you can, and look for wander. Straight, even, dense stitching is expensive to produce and is where cheaper production shows itself first.
3. Then the print or logo. Compare proportions and letter spacing against a reference photograph of the genuine item, not against the seller's listing. Listing photos are frequently stolen from the real product.
4. Then the hardware and tags. Zip pulls, buttons, rivets, care labels and font choices on tags. These are cheap for a good factory to get right and are often where a rushed one gives up.
5. Finally, the boring stuff. Glue residue, loose threads, uneven dye, a crooked collar. These are quality-control failures rather than design failures, and they are the most legitimate reason to reject.

When to reject

Reject when the flaw is structural — wrong shape, wrong proportions, damage, a clearly different colourway from what you ordered. Reject when there are several small flaws at once, because that indicates the batch rather than the item.

Do not reject over things a photograph exaggerates: creasing from packing, lighting that makes a colour read warm or cool, or minor lint. Ask for another photograph if you are unsure — that costs nothing and is a completely normal request.

What happens after you reject

The item goes back to the seller while it is still inside China, and you have not yet paid for international shipping. That is the entire reason this step exists and it is the strongest buyer protection in the agent model. The cost of rejecting is a few days; the cost of not rejecting is paying to fly something across the world that you will not wear.

Asking for a measurement photo

Chinese sizing runs small and inconsistently, and letters mean very little. If you are between sizes, ask the warehouse to photograph the garment flat against a tape measure — chest across the flat for tops, insole length for shoes. Compare that number against a garment you already own and know fits. This single habit prevents more returns than any other.

What to look for in QC photos

• Shoes — midsole glue lines, toe-box shape, heel-tab stitching, insole print sharpness.
• Clothing — print alignment and texture, tag fonts, hem stitching, colour vs. the listing.
• Bags & accessories — hardware weight and engraving, edge paint, lining pattern.
• Sizing — ask for a measurement photo if you're between sizes; Chinese sizing runs small (check the size guide on each listing).
