Pikobuy QC Photos — How They Work
QC photos are the reason agents exist: you see the real item before it ships. Here's the full flow, plus how to research quality before you even order.
What happens after you order
- Seller ships to the warehouse — your item travels inside China to Pikobuy's warehouse, usually in 2–5 days.
- Warehouse staff photograph it — the actual item you'll receive: overall shots, tags, stitching, soles, hardware. These are your QC photos, posted to your Pikobuy account.
- You inspect and decide — zoom in on the details that matter (stitch density, logo shape, material texture). Approve it, or open an exchange/refund with the seller while the item is still in China. This is your protection window — use it.
- Approved items wait in storage — collect several finds, then ship them together in one consolidated parcel.
How to check quality before ordering
- Listing photos here — every find in the spreadsheet shows the seller's real listing photos, not renders.
- Community QC databases — copy the item's source link from any product page (under “Source link”) and search it in a QC photo database to see photos from other people's orders of the same listing.
- Ask the community — subreddits and Discords archive thousands of reviews; search the seller name from the listing.
What to look for in QC photos
- Shoes — midsole glue lines, toe-box shape, heel-tab stitching, insole print sharpness.
- Clothing — print alignment and texture, tag fonts, hem stitching, colour vs. the listing.
- Bags & accessories — hardware weight and engraving, edge paint, lining pattern.
- Sizing — ask for a measurement photo if you're between sizes; Chinese sizing runs small (check the size guide on each listing).
