What is a Pikobuy spreadsheet?
A Pikobuy spreadsheet is a curated list of product links from Taobao, Weidian and 1688 that you can order through the Pikobuy shopping agent. Instead of digging through raw marketplace listings in Chinese, you browse organized categories with photos and prices, then check out on Pikobuy.
How many finds are in this spreadsheet?
Right now the database holds 9,384 products across 11 categories and 105 brands.
Is this the official Pikobuy website?
Pikobuy.to is the spreadsheet companion site for the Pikobuy agent. Ordering, shipping and QC photos all happen on pikobuy.com — this site is where you find what to buy.
How do I order something I found here?
Click any product and hit “Buy on Pikobuy”. The link opens the same item on pikobuy.com, where the agent purchases it, inspects it at their warehouse with QC photos, and ships it to you.
Do the prices update?
They come from the source listings rather than a hand-typed sheet, but they are not a live feed. Always confirm the current price on Pikobuy before ordering.
Is Pikobuy legit?
Pikobuy is a real China shopping agent: it buys from Taobao, Weidian and 1688 on your behalf, photographs items at its warehouse before shipping, and offers buyer support. Read our full review for details.

Can I combine items from different sellers?
Yes — that's the whole point of an agent. Items from any number of Taobao/Weidian/1688 sellers collect at the warehouse and ship together in one consolidated parcel.
What if my item arrives damaged at the warehouse?
Reject it at the QC step. Pikobuy handles the exchange or refund with the seller while the item is still in China.
Does this site sell anything?
No. Pikobuy.to is a free spreadsheet/database. All purchases happen on pikobuy.com with the seller and agent.
How long does a Pikobuy haul take from order to delivery?
Budget three to five weeks for a first economy haul. That breaks down as 2–5 days for the seller to reach the warehouse in China, however long you take to approve the QC photos, a few days of consolidation, and then 12–25 days on the economy line. Will I have to pay customs on a Pikobuy order?
It depends entirely on where you live, and it is charged by your government rather than the agent. EU buyers should expect a per-item-category duty plus VAT since July 2026. Canadian buyers usually pay GST/HST plus a courier handling fee. US buyers now pay duty too: the $800 duty-free allowance ended for parcels from China in May 2025 and for every country in August 2025. Budget for it rather than hoping.
Is Pikobuy cheaper than Kakobuy or CNFans?
On the goods themselves, no — you are buying from the same Chinese sellers at the same prices whichever agent you use. The difference is shipping, and specifically the coupon on it. Pikobuy drops 25–35% shipping coupons weekly and gives new accounts a bundle at signup, which is where the saving comes from.
What size should I order?
Chinese sizing runs small and the letter on the label means very little. Use the measurements on the listing, not the size letter, and compare them against a garment you already own. Shoe listings are the exception: those numbers are ordinary European sizing and convert properly to US and UK. If you are between sizes, ask the warehouse for a photograph of the item against a tape measure at the QC step — that request is free and normal.
Can I get a refund if I do not like the item?
You can reject it at the QC step, while it is still in China and before you have paid for international shipping — that is the real protection and it is the one to use. Once a parcel has shipped internationally, returning it is usually not economic, because you would be paying international postage twice on an item that cost less than the freight.
